Admission Policy

1. Availability of Registration Forms:
   Registration forms can be obtained from the School Accounts Office on all working days between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.


2. Registration Form Fee:
   The fee for the registration form is ₹300/.


3. Submission Requirements:
   Completed registration forms must be submitted with:
   • Attested photocopy of the applicant's Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation, etc.)
   • Aadhar cards of the applicant, father, mother, and guardian
   • Passport sized photograph of the applicant, father, mother, and guardian
   • There should not be any discrepancy in the Applicant’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name & DOB in any documents ( For Eg; Birth Certificate/ Adhar Card/ School Leaving Certificate)
   • UDISE Pen No. of the Applicant


4. Incomplete Forms:
   Incomplete registration forms will not be considered.


5. Age Criteria for Admission:

   Class I	6+ years	April 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020	Completion of UKG or a recognized pre-primary program.
   Class II	7+ years	April 1, 2018- March 31, 2019	Completion of Class I from a recognized school.
   Class III	8+ years	April 1, 2017- March 31, 2018	Completion of Class II from a recognized school.
   Class IV	9+ years	April 1, 2016- March 31, 2017	Completion of Class III from a recognized school.
   Class V	10+ years	April 1, 2015- March 31, 2016	Completion of Class IV from a recognized school.
   Class VI	11+ years	April 1, 2014- March 31, 2015	Completion of Class V from a recognized school.
   Class VII	12+ years	April 1, 2013- March 31, 2014	Completion of Class VI from a recognized school.
   Class VIII	13+ years	April 1, 2012- March 31, 2013	Completion of Class VII from a recognized school.
   Class IX	14+ years	April 1, 2011- March 31, 2012	Completion and pass of Class VIII from a recognized board.
   Class X	15+ years	April 1, 2010- March 31, 2011	Must have completed a regular course of study for and passed Class IX from a CBSE-affiliated school. Exceptions apply for transfers.
   Class XI	16+ years	April 1, 2009- March 31, 2010	Must have passed the CBSE Secondary School Examination (Class X) or an equivalent examination.
   Class XII	17+ years	April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009	Must have completed a regular course of study for and passed Class XI from a CBSE-affiliated school. Exceptions apply for transfers.



6. Reserved Seats:
   Seats are reserved for NUPPL, CISF, and DAV wards. Admission will be granted after verification of the registration form by the competent authority.


7. The School primarily serves NUPPL/CISF/DAV wards. Admission to others is subject to availablity of seats.


8. Documents Required at the Time of Admission:
   • Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation)
   • Aadhar cards (applicant, father, mother, guardian)
   • Original School Leaving/Transfer Certificate from the previous school
   • Previous class Annual Report Card
   • SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)
   • Passport sized photographs of the applicant, father, mother, and guardian
   • Proof of Residence


9. Admission Fees:
   Admission Fees to be paid only once(Non Refundable). You may refer to the Updated Fee Structure on the School Website.
