Admission Policy

1. Availability of Registration Forms:
   Registration forms can be obtained from the School Accounts Office on all working days between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.


2. Registration Form Fee:
   The fee for the registration form is ₹300/.


3. Submission Requirements:
   Completed registration forms must be submitted with:
   • Attested photocopy of the applicant's Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation, etc.)
   • Aadhar cards of the applicant, father, mother, and guardian
   • Passport sized photograph of the applicant, father, mother, and guardian
   • There should not be any discrepancy in the Applicant’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name & DOB in any documents ( For Eg; Birth Certificate/ Adhar Card/ School Leaving Certificate)


4. Incomplete Forms:
   Incomplete registration forms will not be considered.


5. Age Criteria for Admission:
   • LKG: 4+ years as of 31st March 2024
   • Class I: 6+ years as of 31 st March 2024
   • Class IX: 14+ years as of 31st March 2024
   • Class XI: 16+ years as of 31st March 2024


6. Reserved Seats:
   Seats are reserved for NUPPL, CISF, and DAV wards. Admission will be granted after verification of the registration form by the competent authority.


7. Admission Process for Other Wards:
   The admission process includes:
   • LKG: Interaction session
   • UKG and above: Entrance test


8. Entrance Test and Interaction Session:
   After submitting the registration form, confirm the date and time for the entrance test or interaction session.


9. Admission Confirmation:
   Admission will be granted based on successful clearance of the Entrance Test.


10. Final Admission Call:
    Selected students will be notified and required to submit all necessary documents.


11. Documents Required at the Time of Admission:
    • Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation)
    • Aadhar cards (applicant, father, mother, guardian)
    • Original School Leaving/Transfer Certificate from the previous school
    • Previous class Annual Report Card
    • SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)
    • Passport sized photographs of the applicant, father, mother, and guardian


12. Admission Fees:
    Admission Fees to be paid only once. You may refer to the Updated Fee Structure on the School Website.
